Refund Policy

ScopeThis Policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly from Neuvana Systems Private Limited for the RestroIQ web-based POS Service.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
- No refunds. Payments for monthly plans are strictly non-refundable.
- Cancellation stops future auto-renewal only; access continues until the end of the paid month.
2. Yearly Subscriptions
- Cancel within 48 hours of purchase for a refund of 85% (15% service fee deducted). Beyond that window, your yearly subscription is fully binding and non-refundable..
3. How to Cancel
- You can cancel during the trial month by contacting us at buddy@restroiq.com or through your account dashboard.
4. Integrations, Third-Party Fees, and Hardware
- Fees charged by third-party integrations (payment gateways, delivery apps, accounting tools) are not refundable by us.
- Any hardware (if offered) follows its own sales/return terms and manufacturer warranties.
- Third-party integrations typically take approximately 15 working days, depending on the provider's processes, approvals, and submission of all required documents and sign-ups.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by Indian law. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
